We were unfortunate to have rude, drunk, loud guests in apartment next door who partied until 2am. Sad thing is that security did nothing about it even though they were breaking the rules. Apartment had issues which the supervisor could not fix, like door being unable to lock.
Apartment was lovely though. Facilities in complex were nice.
