Fully renovated and newly painted pet-friendly self-catering accommodation located in the centre of Hillcrest, Durban right next door to the Hillcrest Medical Centre. The whole property has recently been fully renovated and has all new beds, furniture and appliances and is fully walled with access control and alarm systems. The property is fitted with UPS/backup power during load shedding where by lights and a few smaller electric items will continue to work as normal. We have a JOJO tank with a filtration system on the property for and when there are any possible water cuts. Both units boast a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, a TV and a dining area. Access to a private veranda, private braai, and the kitchen includes a fully automatic washing machine. There is a 42" TV with an Openview decoder and DVD player. There is uncapped Wi-Fi available as well. The bedrooms and living room have air-conditioning. There is a private lock-up garage available with additional parking available in the shared parking area on the property. There is space to park your trailer if required. Private exclusive and enclosed garden spaces for you and your pet, with a washing line. Please note that we are pet-friendly - small pets ideally
