Welcome to Atlantic Cascade with Balcony,
Cascades is a stunning self-catering apartment situated in Green Point, Cape Town. The apartment enjoys breath-taking views overlooking the Cape Town Harbor, Devil’s Peak and Signal Hill. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen / dining / living area; with a balcony!
The apartment is easily accessible and close to an array of facilities within the city center and surrounds.
The recently renovated apartment is located in a secure building, in a vibrant suburb.
From the road, one enters though the building's main entrance (using the intercom). The apartment (sixth floor) is accessed via an elevator, or stairwell.
The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed; and opens up to a balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom comprises a shower, basin and toilet. Towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, a stove with an oven, a microwave, as well as built-in cupboards with pots, crockery and cutlery to make use of.
The living / dining area is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating arrangements. Including a large 8-seater dining table.
The accommodation is conveniently located close to various shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a quick drive to the beach and main attractions - encouraging you to get out and enjoy the city.
There is safe and secure lighted parking on the street.
The apartment is safe and secure with a key system to get in and out. Guests will receive one set of keys and will have access to all facilities inside the apartment.

Easy access to everything, and many things only walking distance around to enjoy, including the promenade, Green Point Park, Virgin Active gym, V&A water front, Cape Town stadium, Long street and the Green Market square. also many great restaurants and coffee shops near by.
Best sleep I have had at a backpackers in years. Decor and staff are notably excellent. I will be back.
