Welcome to 40 Hawaan View,
40 Hawaan View is a ground floor, three-bedroom triplex apartment situated on the beachside of Lagoon Drive in Umhlanga Rocks.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 people in 3 bedrooms. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into king-size bed on request. The third bedroom has a double bed. Quality bed linen, bath, and beach towels are provided.
No parties or large gatherings are permitted by The Body Corporate of Hawaan View. This ruling will be strictly enforced.
The maximum occupancy of six persons in the unit (6 persons) must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
Under no circumstance do we allow students or bookings where all persons are under the age of 25. This is a Body Corporate Rule.
