Situated on the top floor of a well maintained complex, this 6x sleeper vacation home has an open concept living area. The air-conditioned space homes the lounge, dining area and kitchen which is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge. A smart, flatscreen TV is connected to dedicated Fibre Wi-Fi for streaming purposes, and offers DStv Premium for viewing pleasure.

The living space opens onto a partially covered balcony which offers a full view of the breakers, and opportunities for soaking in the sun while enjoying a braai/barbecue in the outdoor entertainment area.

Inside, the Master Bedroom with Queen size bed has its own en-suite Master Bathroom. Both the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a single vanity and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a 2 single beds.

Situated in Umdloti, a hugely popular holiday destination, in the heart of KwaZulu Natal’s Dolphin Coast, this seaside unit is a hop skip and jump away from swimming beach, and a few minutes’ walk from the local tidal pool and some rather impressive shops, bars and restaurants.

A key point to note is that Umdloti’s tidal pool is naturally protected by rocks so it’s not affected by strong currents and large waves. This makes it ideal for little kids, elderly people and novice swimmers to enjoy the ocean, and some fun in the sun.

Umdloti is a wonderful place that is not too crowed and the locals are super friendly & helpful. The beaches are clean and wonderful for long walks, and the views are magnificent. Be sure to explore the rock pools at low tide!

This charming seaside town is located between Umhlanga and Ballito, at the mouth of the Mdloti River. Umdloti Beach is a coastal conservancy, with surrounding fields of sugar cane and indigenous forests. The area is a prime location for various wildlife sightings, including whales, dolphins and innumerable bird species.

With Umhlanga’s vibey attractions nearby, Gateway Shopping Centre an 8-minute drive away, 10kms to King Shaka International Airport, Ballito 15kms further up the North coast and Sibayia Casino a 4 minute drive away, this oceanfront gem is conveniently situated for those in need of entertainment or a spot of retail therapy.

It's important to mention that there are monkeys in Umdloti so leaving windows open after leaving the property is not recommended. They do not pose a risk provided they are not fed.

Dedicated, undercover parking is available on-site. The parking bay can fit 2x standard size vehicles parked in front of one another, or a car and trailer.

Bath towels are provided but not beach towels so guests should please bring their own.

Guests have complimentary access to unlimited, Fibre Wi-Fi.

Cleaning services can be arranged in advance for the duration of your stay, and over weekends and South African Public Holidays.

While the apartment is fully equipped with laundry facilities, guests can arrange laundry services directly with a nearby Laundromat.
