This modern studio is centrally located towards Three Anchor Bay, Green Point. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Green Point Park, Virgin Active gym and Sea Point Promenade. A combined residential and leisure area, this suburb consists of modern apartments, bustling nightlife and some of the best trendiest eateries in the Atlantic Seaboard. The sliding doors open the apartment up onto a spacious balcony with a gorgeous leafy outlook. Enjoy a candlelit dinner on the balcony among the tree tops.
The apartment is located on the second floor, which is also the top floor, of a well-maintained apartment block. This allows ideal privacy, as there is no one above and balcony looks over the tree tops. There is no shortage of plug points and USB charging points can be found on each side of the bed. The apartment offers everything one needs on holiday and the prime location means everything is walking distance, including shops, cafes, gym and the promenade. There is also a bus stop 'My City Bus' nearby. If you have a car, there is plenty of onstreet parking available.
The apartment has two entrances, one from Main Road and the back entrance on Richmond Road. Parking is available on both these roads as well as the various side streets parallel to these.

Easy access to everything, and many things only walking distance around to enjoy, including the promenade, Green Point Park, Virgin Active gym, V&A water front, Cape Town stadium, Long street and the Green Market square. also many great restaurants and coffee shops near by.
Best sleep I have had at a backpackers in years. Decor and staff are notably excellent. I will be back.
