This spacious apartment is situated completely away from the road on the 2nd floor in a corner which means it is a quiet oasis - very serene and the only sounds you will hear is the singing of the birds in the garden below.
You will not even know that you are in the City Centre of Cape Town. However once you walk out the gate you will step into the trendiest, lively heart of CT night life.
On offer are two double bedrooms, one queen bed and one double bed. Vinyl flooring throughout and plenty of cupboard space for longer term visitors who want to really settle in.
Open plan kitchen and living room with cute little balcony overlooking the lush gardens. Smart TV and fast WiFi. A UPS allows no interruption to your WiFi connection during loadshedding. There is also a desk and chairs for those who have to work or for dining on.
The kitchen has a full hob and oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee plunger. All crockery, cutlery and cookware required for self-catering needs.
The full bathroom consists of separate shower and bath, basin, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
Towels and linen supplied.
Garage with remote access for 1 car.
