The beach is also bordered by exquisite fields of sugar cane and subtropical bush, which create an idyllic backdrop to your vacation photos and a day spent on the beach. Umdloti is fabulous for swimming, snorkelling, surfing, and beach sports that make use of the untouched sandy shores.

Umdloti has very conveniently located magnificent stretches of pristine golden beaches with shark nets, clear water, large safe tidal pool, delightful paved walks beside the sea and outstanding restaurants like Mundo Vida with sea views. Simple open air changing rooms like those seen on European beaches would be an improvement.
