We visited the Langebaan Fossil Park and were very impressed with their new facilities as well as their ongoing research. The beaches are lovely, but wind was unpleasant.

In springtime the drive through all the towns and villages enjoying the flowers. The West Coast National Park offered tranquil accommodation, glorious colour, great viewpoints over the Lagoon and the sea shore. Both the fauna and the flora were a constant delight.
