Maynardville Open-Air Theatre:The Maynardville Open-Air Theatre is located in the Maynardville Park. It’s best known for putting on annual performances of Shakespeare called Shakespeare In The Park. It is also used to put on other interesting and local plays, ballets and performances. Tickets can conveniently be booked in advance through Computicket. Refreshments are sold during breaks but taking along a picnic basket is a pleasant way to enhance the experience.

Chart Farm:The Chart Farm is home to some of the most exquisite roses in various stages of bloom. It is the only place in the Cape Peninsula where you can select and pick your own roses at a really great price. Visitors can also pick fresh apples, grapes and nectarines.
