Just looking at that, floating in the air without even skipping from a plane seems like it can't possibly be done. That was what made iFly Singapore really a unique attraction on Sentosa Island. It was opened in 2011 and became AltitudeX on 7 November 2025. The name was changed, but the indoor skydiving experience continued.

Experience the Feeling of Freefall

Inside a large vertical wind tunnel, one gets the feeling of freefall in iFly Singapore. With no aircraft, and no parachute, powerful air currents lift the body off the ground, giving a "floating" feeling. The tunnel is approximately 56.5' high and 16.5' wide. It has a glass wall for views to Siloso beach and the South China Sea.

iFly Singapore may be somewhat intimidating initially for novices. The wind blows strong and balance can be challenging. Well-trained instructors are available to supervise the flight.

What Happens During the Experience

Each iFly Singapore lesson lasts around 90 minutes, including preparation time and travel time. It starts with a safety briefing and some elementary training. Participants receive flight suits, helmets and goggles. Each flight lasts roughly 45 seconds. Instructors helping visitors maintain a stable position in the air.
