Sundown Manor is a 4 Star guesthouse and we have 12 double/twin rooms. Our sunny patio is an ideal spot for breakfasts and evening sun-downers and overlooks the large and inviting swimming pool.
The area is quiet and well protected from the wind, and inviting setting for unwinding on those relaxing sunny summer days!
In Room Facilities:All our rooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard, offering a simple yet elegant & comfortable stay. All rooms have air-conditioning along with en-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds, which can be made up as either King size beds or Twins, each room boasts a desk, flat-screen television with satellite channels, multi-plug adapters with USB charging points, refrigerators as well as a coffee station.
Area Information:Sundown Manor is in Fresnaye which is very central - 12 mins from the V & A waterfront and Table Mountain. 5 mins from Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches . 10 mins from the city center.

The accommodation and the host were top notch from arrival to departure.
Sundown Manor was wonderful! Everything catered for and they were empathetic as to why I was there- a funeral. Would go again next time I’m in CT. Gary and Candice were fantastic.
Sundown Manor is a fantastic place to stay. They catered for our needs and the staff ensured that during the duration of our stay we were comfortable.
