Hip in the Hood... and high in the sky
Occupying the full level 4 floor of a recently-launched residential development in, De Waterkant is the hippest place to call Home* whenever you’re in Cape Town.
Within walking and cycling distance of both the city centre and Green Point, this historic hood is where it’s happening—from experimental eateries and coffee shops crammed with creative hustlers, to galleries, fitness studios and speciality showrooms. When not out exploring the Mother City’s countless attractions, you can look forward to getting comfy in one of our equally ‘grammable hotel suites.

De Waterkant Reviews
I enjoy it being quite low key and quirky and mixing with locals as well as tourists and having a few good eateries, bars and coffee shops nearby with easy walking distance into the city centre and the waterfront and Green Point with short taxi rides to beach areas.
Fantastic location!
