This private and comfortable studio apartment is situated in the heart of the Mother City, readily fully furnished with easy accessible parking, uncapped fiber and other wonderful features.
This open-plan studio apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests on a double bed and a sleeper coach. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The sleeper couch and TV is positioned next to the luxuriously large slide open aluminium windows offering breathtaking city views. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.
There is also a magnificent pool deck and gym on the 17th Floor.

The Beaty
The friendliness of the people. From the moment you enter the airport building, you see smiling faces and the staff making eye contact. I experienced that in the shopping malls as well. But, then, I too love to smile at strangers!

It's a nice quiet place and it's beautiful
There are lots of good places to visit and everything is accessible with Uber. However, be prepared to spend a lot of money because it is quite expensive! Loadshedding is an irritation as it influences access to money and entertainment. Highly recommend V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Two Oceans Aquarium and Robben Island. Just have enough money to spend!
