Welcome to our stylish 4-bedroom home located in the heart of one of Cape Town’s most vibrant, yet safest, neighbourhoods, Fresnaye, part of the world famous Atlantic Seaboard. This light and bright property is the perfect haven for your Cape Town adventure.

The house offers secure parking for 2 cars behind an automated gate. Security cameras cover the external house, including the perimeter of the property for maximum security. An alarm system and external beams for additional peace of mind. You will have access to the entire house and outdoor area during your stay. You will be the only ones staying at the property.

Atlantic Cove House:
The spacious double volume open plan lounge-diner-kitchen area is designed for comfort and entertainment. It's fully equipped and features all the amenities you need and more, including A/C. Folding glass doors lead to a deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ grill to enjoy sundowners with beautiful views of Signal Hill mountain and the paragliders embarking downhill.

Master Bedroom Downstairs:
Extra-length King Bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, double basin, private toilet, A/C, TV, dressing table and BIC.

Bedroom 2 Downstairs:
Double Bed and BIC. This bedroom is next to the standalone bathroom. The bathroom features a bath and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3 Downstairs:
King Bed, BIC, dressing table and fan. This bedroom is next to the standalone bathroom that features a bath and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 4 Upstairs:
Spacious room with 2 Single Beds that can be pushed together as a King Bed and BIC. Views of Lion’s Head mountain. Can also be used as a workspace or playroom. Ideal for teenagers that want their own space. Please note that there is no bathroom upstairs.
