The prestigious Princes Grant Coastal residential and golf Estate is located on the coast of KwaZulu-Natal province in South Africa, about 80 kms north of Durban. The estate borders the Mdlotane River, is close to the town of KwaDukuza (previously Stanger) and within a short distance of remote golden beaches. At Prince’s Grant, old sugar cane fields were uprooted and over 100,000 indigenous plants and trees planted in a Coastal Regeneration exercise. The project was a massive success and the residences and golf course within the estate are perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings.
