Owners Lizelle Venter and her husband, former Springbok, Andre Venter have travelled extensively throughout their lives and they have taken every experience away from home and used it to create a place that will cater to all your needs when you are traveling.
We all want to feel at home when we are away from home and this beautiful guesthouse offers exactly that. The guesthouse has a modern country meets industrial ambiance where once you step through the door you immediately feel comfortable and at home while the farm style atmosphere will leave you feeling relaxed.
In Room Facilities:Every room has been designed to give a feeling of elegance and style ensuring that your experience will leave you wanting to book your next visit. Special care is taken to ensure that the needs of their clients are met through offering various services during their stay.

My husband, daughter and I had a very happy stay at the Blue Rain guesthouse on 28 January 2024, as did our dog. It was great that we could walk her around the property after our long drive that day and then let her hang out on the lawn just outside our unit.
My stay at Blue Rain Guesthouse was such an amazing experience.
The place was superb, and the breakfast was also great.

The place is beautiful, tranquil and one of the those places you need to stay more than one night. The host and staff they friendly and welcoming and make sure you comfortable. The breakfast was really good and overall a must visit place.
The place is excellent. I will recommend it wherever I go. The staff & host is friendly, helpful and willing to walk the extra mile. The place is a real gem.
Excellent experience. Employees and owner super friendly and very proud of their work. Will recommend for everybody. Generator available so load shedding has no impact. Thank you Blue Rain. Will never look at another option in Bloem as I will always stay with Blue Rain.
What a wonderful experience! Amanda and Lizelle and their staff went out of their way with great service and friendliness! The rooms were outstanding and breakfast delicious! The area and garden contribute to the relaxing atmosphere! We will definitely be back!
