A lot of animals and beautiful views!
Enjoyed ourselves, just there wasn't any fridge and the TV channel package very limited - like they are using DTT. PLEASE IMPROVE ON THAT.
The place is very peaceful and provides an impressive scenery. We enjoyed seeing the animals and feeding the Elephants and they have a lovely pool.
We had a great time at Glen Afric. We booked the tent and were the only people there so we had the whole bush all to ourselves. This was great cause we could chill on the patio and play our music without any complaints. The room was nice and the establishment was thoughtful enough to put insect repellant for us in the room as there are lots of mosquitoes there. They also put doom to take care of the creepy crawled and the mosquitoes. We enjoyed having to see the animals roam freely close to us without us having to do a game drive. The sounds of the elephants nearby were nice and a little scary at night which made the whole experience more enjoyable. We would definitely go there again soon and this time we would do more activities being offered there as this time we only went there to relax and enjoy the serene nature there. Sister is such an angel. She called me before check in to check how far we were and upon arrival she welcomed us with a smile and was so lovely throughout.
I booked with your manager " Sister". She was awesome and even organised a cold bottle of champagne on arrival and the most wonderful early morning game drive. We were hosted by " Nadia" , who gave us such a wonderful easy guide of the animals, the meanings of their names and introduced us to the elephant Guides and " 3' and her two daughters. We loved it and on our way back we went pat the movie set of " The wild ones and were greeted by 2 zebra on the stoep !!!
We had a great relaxing time. The elephant walk was awesome. Food was average to good.
Very clean and staff was very friendly and always helpful.
Absolutely lovely stay at Glen Afric, the TV wasn't working and we were offered a complementary Elephant Walk the following day which was out of this world incredible! Friendly staff and clean and neat rooms. Our room was already heated up before arrival, which was lovely as it was extremely cold. Extra attention to detail was a great touch. Would absolutely recommend!
I had an absolute awesome time thank you.
Thank you to Sister , Simon and Stanley for hosting me with their friendliness.
Just what you need in a time of sadness.
I’ve been to Glen Afric a few times and I love the tents; getting so close to natural. I patted a zebra who came right up to me . There was a giraffe eating as I drove to my tent.
After working in South Africa for 5 years , I wanted to spend one last time here before heading back home .
The shower was great , huge in fact .
The restaurant and landscape garden are lovely. I tell my friends , family and acquaintances to come and stay here .
We had a great evening at Glen Afric. The place is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Also lots of game on the grounds.
Will definitely go back.
