Fynbos Cottage, which is situated in the picturesque village of Betty’s Bay within 5 minutes drive to Main or Silver Sands Beaches. Fynbos Cottage 2 offers self catering accommodation for up to 6 guests. It is located in Aster Close at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering both safety and privacy.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms. The living, dining and kitchen area is open plan. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and cutlery.
There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen for quick, convenient eating or for more relaxing and leisurely dining, eat at the 6-seater dining room table. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and chairs, TV and DVD player (please bring your own Dstv decoder & smart card). In winter make a cosy fire in the lounge and cuddle up with a good book.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, double bunk beds and en-suite bathroom. There is also a fireplace in the bedroom, especially for those cold winters nights. The second bedroom has a double bed and a dressing table.
The en-suite bathroom has a corner bath, toilet and hand basin. There is a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bedding, linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Betty’s Bay has much to offer for a relaxing holiday. You can spend an afternoon watching the colony of Jackass Penguins at Stony Point. For nature lovers, visit Harold Porter Botanical Gardens where you can see a wide variety of fynbos.

This place is the most decent, pleasant and cleanest place to enjoy your vacation . The service that Innoccent provide you with is super excellent.Indeed we will come again .
The person who met us on arrival (Innocent) was extremely helpful and informative about Betty's Bay and the surrounding area, as well as about the cottage and where everything was and how everything worked.
Particular features of the cottage that we really enjoyed were:
- indoor spaciousness ie. large living room and bedrooms
- having lock up garage with direct access into the house
- pretty garden to sit in.
Hope to come to Betty's Bay again soon and Fynbos Cottage 2 will definitely be our first choice again.

Everything About It It’s Perfect The View The Nature I Mean Come See For Your Self
We enjoyed the friendly neighbors and people in general. We also enjoyed the Penguin Sanctuary visit. Take cards to pay for entrance for far walk on the elevated wooden paths made to protect penguin nests and chick. Many babies and my grandson enjoyed the birds with glee and mirth.
Did not enjoy loaded prices of convenience store for products we ran out of.
We basked in the tranquility of the area we stayed in.
Peaceful, beautiful place.
Safe, scenery, location, Penguins.
Quietness, beaches.
Tranquility, beach, restaurant.
Nature lovers paradise. So much to do - surfing, canoeing, sand boarding, trails, hikes, swimming, snorkeling, diving, fishing, freshwater fishing, wind surfing and to top it all the Penguin Reserve at Stony Point and the Harold Porter Botanical Gardens is a must visit.
